Lenny Wong –Managing Director
A seasoned Hotelier and Hotel Management Service Consultant, graduated from the Hotel Management School "Les Roches" in Switzerland. He is also a Master's Degree Candidate in Hotel and Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Lenny has over 20 years experience in Project Development, Sales and Marketing, and General Management in top class hotel chains in Hong Kong, China and Europe including Shangri-la, Conrad International, Holiday Inns, Intercontinental Hotels, Swiss Hotels, Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Best Western. He is a hotel manager of the "New Century" who enjoys being a trend-setter rather than merely a trend-follower. He was one of the first hoteliers in Hong Kong to introduce the Serviced Suites concept to the Hotel Industry when he was overseeing the leasing work for over 1,000 units of these suites for the Harbour Plaza Hotel Group.

Lenny also established the first Cyber Boutique Hotel, The Best Western Rosedale on The Park. This unique property blended modern information technology applications with traditional Personalized customer service. In 2002, Best Western Rosedale on the Park was named the "Best Budget Hotel in the Asia Pacific" area by Travel Trade Gazette Asia. The hotel was also awarded the "Innovative Service" Award by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, as well as "The Best Practice" Award for Technology Deployment by the Best Practice Management Association of Hong Kong.

With his extensive knowledge in project development, operations and marketing of Hotels and Service Apartments, Lenny came to the realization of the potential of Strata Title Service Apartment in Mainland China. In 2003, he has founded Innotel Intelligent Hotels Services Limited specialized in providing consultancy support for service apartment projects in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia including Feasibility Study, Project Development Consultancy and Property Operations and Management. The company has involved in providing re-development consultancy for the Concord Service Apartment (206 Units)in the Nan Jin West Road, the Legend Service Apartment (500 Units) in Jin Chaio District and over 10 more other service apartment projects in Shanghai.

Moreover, Lenny delivers lectures on Hotel Management in the School of Continuing Education of the Baptist University, and the Schools of Hotel & Tourism at both the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Pennsylvania State University. He is also a mentor in the School of Hotel & Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Mentorship Program for undergraduate and diploma students.

Ms. Moleechart has a Master Degree in Strategic Marketing from
Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom and
she graduated from the Rangsit University in Thailand with a First
Class Honor Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication.
Ms. Moleechart has extensive operation and marketing experience in luxury Spa, Resort and Hotel properties including the Ban Ing Nam Health Resort and Spa , the S Medical Spa and the Siam Royal View.

Mr. Klinsuwan graduated from the Ramkhamheang University with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He has over 15 years of Sale &
Marketing professional experience in hotel and resort properties in
Thailand such as The Grand Sole Hotel, The Pattaya Country Club,
The Kratomtip Hills Resort, The Beach Garden Hotel and Mido Hotel.

Ms. Preamplum has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
and she is a creative and enthusiastic hotel professional with over 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing specialized in Corporate Accounts, Government & Embassy, Wholesale Travel Agent and E- Commerce Service Providers as well as Banqueting including Sofitel Central , Windsor Suite , The David and Best Western..
